Attend the full day, and if you don't walk away with a document your leadership team can actually use, tell me within 30 days and I'll refund the workshop fee. Hosting in beautiful Ponte Vedra is possible with a room surcharge (depends on the space needed)
+ $500 if you're more than 100 miles from Ponte Vedra, FL (covers my transportation)

What if my team pushes back on the process?

It happens less than you'd think when the right people are in the room. That's why I ask that attendees be champions who lead others and want to be there - reluctant participants are the one thing that actually undermines the outcome, so we screen for that before the day, not during it.

What happens after the workshop?

You leave with a physical document for that day (guiding principles, goal tracker, or value stream map), plus one follow-up leadership meeting included to check that it's being used, not shelved.
